Jensen Ranch wins 1st Place at SF Bay Region Odyssey of the Mind Competition

Congratulations to Jensen Ranch Elementary School! Jensen Ranch won 1st Place at the SF Bay Region Odyssey of the Mind competition held on February 27, 2010. Their problem was to construct multiple columnar structures made of balsa wood and glue which function together to hold as much weight as possible. The columns cannot be connected in any way, must stand at least 8 inches tall, and weigh less than 18 grams. Jensen Ranch's structure held 285 pounds! The team advances to the State competition which will be held at Heritage High School in Brentwood on March 27th. Come cheer on the team.
